The year 2020 was a year of unprecedented challenges in our industry, in the economy and for our families,  and while we have won many awards over our 6 decades, we are most proud to have been awarded the Best Rental Housing Provider in March, 2021 by the Canadian Federation of Apartment Associations.

Adhering to our core values of  Family, Safety, Quality & Excellence, Ownership, Accountability, People and Community for over 6 decades was the foundation needed during the most challenging of times that resulted in the industry honoring us as the Best Rental Houisng Provider in Canada.

Drewlo and Ironstone were voted as by our hometown community as both Best Apartment Operator and Home Builder. We were also honored to receive the Ontario Home Builders’ Innovation Award for our Rent, Save, Home program that helps our families move from renters to home ownership.

Our commitment to ESG is more than just words. We were honored to receive the Best Environmental Initiative Award in 2020 for our 433 King project. We are continuing to invest capital in the latest technologies to lower our energy use and carbon footprint.
